Mandatory Requirements: * Experience with air conditioning equipment, including split, high-capacity split, VRF, wall-mounted, ACJ, self-contained, and precision self-contained units; * Completed Technical Course in Refrigeration; * Solid experience handling mission-critical systems; Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for technical support services on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, such as chillers, fan coils, self-contained units, pumps, among others. Also responsible for the critical electrical systems of such equipment—integral to air conditioning and supervisory monitoring—in the absence of the cabling technician. Assists with the OTRS call queue, provides technical oversight of maintenance performed by suppliers, serves as technical consultant, conducts training, implements methodologies for preventive and corrective maintenance; in short, this professional must address any issue related to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across all types of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Execution according to the schedule defined in the contract and inspection of work performed by other technicians. * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Proficiency in using apps and generating reports; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Willingness to travel; * Availability for mobile/field work.
