Responsible for analyses and support related to the planning process and scope definition, reporting on routine progress to meet established goals, deadlines, and budgets; implementing quality controls and identifying risks to study mitigation strategies and corrective actions. * Monitor key project variables (time, scope, cost, risk, among others), aligning with best practices in project management and Eneva’s strategic guidelines. – Develop and monitor Eneva’s well schedule, interacting cross-functionally across the organization to accurately communicate all variables critical to successful well campaigns, promptly flag deviations, propose effective corrective actions, and ensure appropriate information flow. – Create detailed schedules for E&P projects covering all phases (acquisition of exploration blocks, seismic execution, well drilling, development plan formulation, engineering and C&M execution), ensuring integration between the Executive Board’s departments and corporate support areas (environmental licensing, land acquisition, regulatory affairs, procurement, etc.). * Effectively map, manage, and/or mitigate resources, processes, timelines, scopes, stakeholders, interfaces, and risks associated with E&P project implementation and Eneva’s well campaigns. * Develop and implement best practices and innovations in the E&P domain. * Actively engage with E&P professionals, support departments, and regulatory agencies to explore alternatives for monetizing contingent resources and oil & gas reserves. * Participate in Excellence initiatives and in developing tools for project and portfolio monitoring. * Coordinate with Development Planning, Reservoir, Exploration, and Engineering teams to ensure proper tracking and execution of field development plans and production management, guaranteeing project advancement. * Contribute to achieving project objectives by identifying associated resources, processes, stakeholders, and risks. * Support strategic assessments based on technical, economic, and risk analyses related to decision quality and project development. * Support strategic decision-making by the Executive Board. * Support alternative E&P asset development approaches through project management tools, well strategies, infrastructure, hydrocarbon transportation solutions, and technical-economic origination and evaluation. * Facilitate project visibility and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. * Use software and other tools to conduct analyses and evaluations related to decision quality and project development. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. * Collaborate in risk management by developing mitigation plans. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation. **To apply, you must have:** * Advanced knowledge of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and project management practices, applied specifically to oil and gas and to the E&P project lifecycle (with focus on exploration, reservoir, and wells); * Basic knowledge of the capital project development and execution lifecycle, proficiency in managing multidisciplinary information, and ability to be receptive and inquisitive about information from various company departments.
