We seek a professional to ensure employee health, safety, and well-being by identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks; developing OHS programs and technical documents; delivering training and guidance; and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical site visits to identify occupational risks through on-site inspections at client companies’ workplaces, observing processes, activities, and environmental conditions to identify potential hazards, support the development of programs, safety reports and assessments, and recommend necessary preventive measures. * Conduct quantitative environmental assessments at client companies’ workplaces using calibrated equipment—such as dosimeters, gravimetric pumps, and sound level meters—to obtain accurate technical data on exposure to physical, chemical, and biological agents, supporting the preparation of programs, assessments, and reports required by legislation and regulatory standards. * Perform occupational risk analyses at client companies by evaluating field-collected information and comparing\-it against applicable legislation and standards, to classify risks, support the preparation of technical documentation, and advise on control measures to reduce worker exposure. * Receive and validate checklists from technical site visits conducted by field professionals, verifying correct completion according to established standards, to ensure record reliability for compliance tracking and to support the preparation of area-specific programs, assessments, and reports. * Prepare technical OHS documentation—including assessments, expert opinions, reports, and programs—based on collected data, to formalize technical information and meet legal and contractual requirements of clients. * Develop and deliver OHS training both online and in-person, including preparation of instructional materials, application of participatory methodologies, and use of digital resources, to train workers and managers and promote awareness and compliance with safety regulations. * Inspect workplaces, observing activities, physical conditions, machinery, and equipment, and recording non-conformities, to propose corrective and preventive actions that foster safer and compliant environments. * Provide technical OHS guidance to clients via email, meetings, or site visits, grounded in legislation and industry best practices, to support managers and workers in decision-making regarding health and safety. * Conduct technical meetings with clients—including in-person or virtual sessions—to align actions and clarify doubts, ensuring clear, transparent communication and alignment between consultancy services and client needs. * Enter and update information on risks, medical examinations, training, and documents in the SOC system, to centralize and organize OHS data for effective monitoring and management. * Deliver training on SOC system usage—explaining functionalities, conducting practical demonstrations, and answering questions—to promote client autonomy in platform use and reduce registration errors. * Conduct on-site technical analyses through inspections and field observations, to support the preparation of area-specific programs, assessments, and reports. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as needed and/or requested by the department, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Health and Safety; * Experience in occupational hygiene and assessment of environmental agents (physical, chemical, biological); * Experience in preparing technical documents such as the Risk Management Program (PGR), the Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), and occupational safety assessments and reports; * Knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems (e.g., SOC); * Customer focus, collaboration, creativity, and professionalism. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts—including auto, life, home, and travel insurance—among others.
