Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, ensuring system functionality and integrity. * Provide basic technical support to users, resolving telecommunications-related issues. * Monitor telecommunications system performance, identifying failures and reporting them for correction. * Collaborate in configuring communication networks and systems, following guidelines and procedures. * Maintain updated records and documentation regarding telecommunications infrastructure, trends, and improvement opportunities to optimize processes. * Perform activities in accordance with institutional rules, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards. * Execute other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the corporate environment. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace. * Comply with the company’s institutional norms and rules. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Completed Technical Education in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields; * Knowledge of: VSAT antennas, TVRO switches and routers — Cisco and Juniper, Indigovision CCTV systems, iDirect and Newtec modems, network infrastructure, navigation and geolocation systems. * 1–2 years of experience in this role or related activities; * Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems; * Basic knowledge of networks and electronics; * Proficiency in telecommunications configuration and diagnostic tools. **Desirable**: * Undergraduate studies in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions**: * Work location: Niterói — RJ; * Employment type: Onshore; * Work mode: 100% in-person; * Working hours: 44 hours/week — from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: **** * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Health insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Dental insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English course.
