Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide basic technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues to ensure operational continuity. * Assist with installation and configuration of IT equipment, ensuring their proper operation. * Monitor IT system performance, identifying and reporting issues for resolution. * Maintain records of support tickets and applied solutions to facilitate support management. * Collaborate in implementing information security policies, following established procedures. * Perform activities in accordance with institutional rules, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards. * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the corporate environment. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace. * Comply with the company’s institutional rules and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Completed Technical Education in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * 1–2 years of experience in this role or in related activities; * Basic knowledge of hardware and software; * Basic proficiency in Windows operating systems and Office suite. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions**: * Work location: Niterói – RJ; * Employment type: Onshore; * Work mode: 100% on-site; * Working hours: 44 hours/week – 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Health insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Dental insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English language course.
