Responsibilities * Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms * Plan and manage the monthly editorial calendar * Monitor metrics and performance reports of posts * Engage with the community (comments, messages, and stories) * Track trends and identify content opportunities * Collaborate with design and marketing teams on campaigns Requirements * Experience managing social media (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of content creation and copywriting * Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms * Ability to analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) * Strong written communication skills and aesthetic sense Nice-to-Have * Experience producing video content (Reels, TikTok) * Knowledge of paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Portfolio of previous work Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.103,14 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Magé, RJ
