Their mission involves proposing new solutions and evaluating implementation alternatives for the product area, always focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous portfolio improvement. The analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business needs, the Product Owner, and the development team. Responsibilities and Duties * Value Maximization: Support product value delivery within their segment by proposing innovative solutions and evaluating implementation alternatives, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. * Requirements Elicitation and Specification: Gather medium-complexity requirements and propose technical/business solutions, ensuring customer needs are translated into product enhancements. * Partnership with Product (PO): Act as the right-hand partner to the Product Owner, providing business inputs for decision-making and supporting validation of development team (DEV Team) deliverables. * Strategic Relationship Management: Maintain consistent contact with customers and stakeholders through visits and identification of product evolution opportunities. * Impact Analysis: Ensure system stability through simulations and impact analyses conducted jointly with other Product Owners and business areas. * Technical Collaboration: Work synergistically with the development team, sharing business knowledge to identify optimal technological solutions.
