Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, with a focus on document preparation, financial control, and stakeholder engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in all phases of project planning and execution 2. Liaison with clients and suppliers 3. Project monitoring and control **️ Your typical day will include:** * Drafting and managing official letters; * Preparing and tracking physical\-financial schedules, indicators, and project outcomes; * Supporting the preparation of Bidding Notices/Terms of Reference; * Monitoring and controlling projects; * Conducting technical information gathering and analysis from project Work Plans; * Engaging with applicants and suppliers (e.g., public authorities, consultants); * Supporting activities across all phases of project planning and execution; * Performing administrative tasks related to organizing and systematizing information, documents, and meeting minutes concerning project planning and execution; * Conducting due diligence on deliverables and their associated documentation; * Assisting in the preparation of management reports; * Liaising with the internal procurement team regarding contractual scope discussions; * Liaising with the client to align specifications in the Terms of Reference; * Reviewing and approving service providers' progress measurements. **Requirements for this position:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in project planning and routine; * Experience monitoring environmental restoration works or environmental projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level); * Experience directly related to project management/implementations; * Knowledge of state-level projects will be considered an advantage; * Familiarity with MS\-Project or similar tools. **Our benefits:** **️ Meal and Food Allowance:** We provide the flexible **Ticket Flex** card, usable for meal and food purposes at any establishment bearing the Ticket brand.
