Additionally, you will receive close mentoring from the Forvis Mazars team, ensuring alignment throughout your engagement. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate processing of financial obligations; * Prepare and organize all documentation required for payments; * Generate CNAB files for bank submission and monitor payment processing; * Perform manual payment reconciliations and update financial records in the system; * Conduct financial and bank reconciliations, ensuring data consistency; * Support monthly financial closing activities; * Monitor bank transactions and assist in managing the payment flow; * Organize finance department documents and controls; * Support improvement and organization of financial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in financial operations, especially in accounts payable; * Experience in bank/financial reconciliations; * Knowledge of CNAB file generation and banking processes; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Availability for hybrid work at the Rio de Janeiro city center.
