**Main Responsibilities:**
* Contract analysis, client communication for guidance and information updates, analysis for authorization or denial of exams/procedures requested by plan beneficiaries;
* Analysis and monitoring of contentious cases and regulatory impact cases;
* Adapt to new routines being implemented to optimize time and comply with ANS regulations;
* Contact internal and external clients as needed for denials, pending item requests, or guidance;
* Ensure goal achievement with appropriate performance, quality, and operational efficiency;
* Interface with clients and service providers to enable authorization requests and mitigate risks;
* Interface with other analysis teams within the regulation center and the health plan operator.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Higher education (in progress or completed);
* Intermediate knowledge in the regulatory area;
* Experience in Supplementary Health or Health Plan Operators preferred;
* Experience in medical auditing preferred;
* Intermediate Office suite proficiency preferred;
* Availability to work fully on-site.
