This professional will be responsible for developing content, managing internal and external communication requests, supporting event promotion, and enhancing the cultural space’s image among the public and media. We seek someone with a creative profile, strong writing skills, ability to engage diverse audiences, and sensitivity to cultural topics. **Mandatory Requirements:** A bachelor's degree recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) in Social Communication (any specialization), Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communication, or related fields; Experience in text writing, press releases, content production, briefing management, internal and external communication, artwork approval, and strategic communication planning, demonstrated via employment contract with formal labor book registration accompanied by a letter of recommendation; One or more certificates of completion for courses in culture and arts totaling 90 (ninety) classroom hours. Certificate or experience in social media management/consulting. **Variable Requirements (must fulfill at least one):** Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in the culture and arts sector, verified through activity records with cultural institutions or media outlets, supported by portfolio, employment contract, letter of recommendation, and labor book registration; Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a journalist, public relations specialist, or press officer at a company formally linked to a museum or cultural facility, verified through labor book registration supported by portfolio, employment contract, or letter of recommendation along with labor book records; Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in visual arts, theater, dance, cinema, music, or events, recognized by the MEC; One or more certificates of completion for courses in culture and arts totaling 90 (ninety) classroom hours.
