**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Enter codes and procedures into billing records per contracts signed with hospitals;
* Analyze billing content and system data;
* Analyze and submit invoices to hospitals, ensuring alignment with medical requests;
* Validate codes and procedures according to medical orders and current regulations;
* Record rendered services on billing statements;
* Monitor outstanding items;
* Enter codes and procedures into hospital billing statements;
* Remotely access hospital systems to perform tasks using platforms such as MV, TASY, RM, and others;
* Address requests from the Receivables/Collections department;
* Request invoices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields;
* Prior experience in hospital billing;
* Familiarity with MV, Tasy, RM, or similar systems;
* Attention to detail and ability to interpret medical orders;
* Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
