Specialist Designer in Energy and Fluids \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED * Ensures optimization of the specification document by challenging requirements. * Conducts feasibility studies, delivers a quotation, schedule, technical description, and risk analysis. * Researches, selects, and appoints service providers for study and construction phases. * Delivers a Basic Design package (prior to detailed design): performs or verifies assumptions, sizing calculations, and drawings; challenges proposed solutions (TCO); ensures design compliance during technical discipline reviews. * Transmits a consolidated quotation and schedule, and an updated risk analysis. * Delivers a building and its utilities in accordance with cost, schedule, and quality commitments: verifies execution drawing compliance with the specification document; evaluates performance deviations; manages changes; participates in site supervision and safety; prepares, plans, and oversees commissioning and handover of equipment and works. * Prepares the project close-out report and captures lessons learned. Archives all documents. * Ensures continuous professional development (technical specifications, tools, and calculation notes).
