Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for Physical Security and Executive Protection (Brazil), playing a critical role in protecting people and assets within an organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Main Activities** * Create and implement security policies and procedures aligned with company needs, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations; * Create and implement customized security plans addressing specific executive or situational requirements, including secure routes and emergency procedures; * Supervise and coordinate security teams—including administrative staff, security guards, drivers, firefighters, receptionists, and other professionals—ensuring all perform tasks effectively, are trained, and prepared to act during emergencies; * Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies for events, operational changes, or new facilities related to people and asset security; * Supervise security systems—including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control—ensuring proper functionality; * Conduct regular training for security teams and company employees on security practices, efficient driving (drivability), and emergency procedures; * Coordinate responses to security incidents, investigating occurrences and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence; * Develop and coordinate security incident response plans, ensuring clear action plans exist for threats or emergencies; * Maintain frequent alignment and communication with public security agencies and other relevant entities to ensure rapid incident response; * Prepare reports on security incidents, team activities, and effectiveness of implemented measures, providing recommendations for improvement; * Manage the security department budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently; * Advise immediate leadership on security matters, helping integrate security into operations and organizational culture; * Monitor market trends and best organizational and technological practices; * Oversee security for corporate events; * Manage the executive fleet; * Represent the company on matters related to corporate security. **Knowledge, Experience, and Education** * Experience in corporate security, covering physical security, logistics, and retail points within the telecommunications sector; * Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in private security or related fields such as Administration. **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—which is why the Conexão Bem + Estar program aims to strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families through practical initiatives across multiple areas, ensuring everyone remains well—both personally and professionally.
