Job Summary:
A professional responsible for legalizing companies, associations, and churches, monitoring procedures with relevant authorities, and providing clarifications to clients.

* Drafting and filing documents required for company, association, and church establishment, amendment, and dissolution.
* Monitoring and ensuring procedural compliance with competent authorities.
* Requesting and tracking the issuance of operating permits, including fire department and health surveillance licenses.
* Managing the regularization of the National Registry of Health Establishments (CNES) and other necessary registrations.
* Providing clients with clarifications regarding required documentation and legal procedures for regularizing their activities.
* Maintaining communication with public agencies to resolve queries and monitor procedural progress.
* Keeping updated files containing company documentation and ongoing procedures.
Preparing periodic reports on the status of legalizations and pending items.
Collaborating with the team on projects and special requests.
Requirements:
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Prior experience in company legalization processes.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday to Thursday / Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
