Team development and monitoring **PLANNING COORDINATOR** Recreio dos Bandeirantes – Rio de Janeiro/RJ Salary: **R$ 8\.500,00** We are looking for a professional with an analytical, organized, and strategic profile, and leadership experience, to work in planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance and construction activities. The role will play a fundamental part in transforming strategy into action, monitoring team productivity, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, goals, and deliverables. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective maintenance, and construction activities; * Develop schedules, action plans, and weekly schedules; * Manage and update the service backlog; * Monitor planned vs. actual performance; * Track productivity, deadline, compliance, and execution capacity indicators; * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational controls; * Monitor contractual obligations and progress of work fronts; * Prioritize demands and identify deviations; * Lead and develop a team of approximately 6 to 8 professionals; * Deploy goals, monitor results, and ensure operational productivity; * Conduct site visits to construction and maintenance work fronts. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance, construction, or project planning and control; * Experience in people management and team supervision; * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with KPIs, schedules, reports, and management controls; * Familiarity with planning and project management tools; * Analytical, proactive, resilient, disciplined, and results-oriented profile; * Proficiency with technology and willingness to work on-site. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Microsoft Project; * PMBOK; * Data analysis and dashboard tools; * Experience with VOBI, Bitrix24, Meu PMOC, or Produttivo; * Experience in highway maintenance, construction, infrastructure, or contract monitoring. ### **Job Details** * Salary: **R$ 8\.500,00**; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance of **R$ 25.00 per day**, via Ticket card; * Attendance bonus; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from **8:12 AM to 6:00 PM**; * Work model: **100% on-site**; * Location: Recreio dos Bandeirantes/RJ.
