We recognize the importance of people to our business and strive daily to create environments conducive to the development, safety, and well-being of our employees, third parties, service providers, and local communities near our projects—making Celeo an excellent place to work every day with \#prideinbeingceleo. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operations Technician I \- Primary involvement in Pre-Operation, with possible support for Standardization and Post-Operation activities, according to area requirements. * Perform Pre-Operation tasks, including registration, monitoring, and handling of interventions in the ONS system, as well as managing these interventions in the corporate management system (EqM), in compliance with Grid Procedures. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and other electric sector stakeholders to support technical-operational alignment of interventions; * Develop General Switching Programs (GSPs), ensuring technical consistency, operational clarity, and compliance with current regulations; * Support Operations Center routines, assisting in improvement projects and Operations Center management; * Participate in planning meetings for large-scale interventions, supporting consolidation of operational strategies and interdepartmental alignment; * Provide support, as required, for activities related to Operational Standardization and Post-Operation, aiming at technical development and an integrated view of Operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School in Electrotechnology; **Additional Information** * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during business hours in downtown Rio de Janeiro; We are a company engaged in the development, investment, and management of infrastructure assets.
