Planning and control of maintenance routines We seek a candidate with strong on-site presence, capable of engaging technical teams and building customer relationships, acting as a bridge between operations and administrative departments. * Technical education in Electrotechnology (completed or currently enrolled); * Prior experience as an electrotechnical technician; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (basic/intermediate Excel); * Customer relationship skills and ability to lead field teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of a technical team (8–10 technicians); * Monitoring of fixed and ad-hoc contracts in the region; * Interface with Finance, Maintenance, and Customers; * Preventive and corrective planning of maintenance operations; * Responsible for ensuring execution and control of technical routines at customer sites. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel
