




Job Description: * Coordinate electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring adherence to schedules; * Supervise interventions on energized equipment or in areas classified as hazardous (in accordance with NR-10 and NR-16); * Assess the technical and operational conditions of equipment, proposing improvements and replacements when necessary; * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety and environmental regulations; * Provide technical support to team members during the execution of complex repairs; * Request necessary materials, tools, and external services for maintenance activities; * Maintain up-to-date records of performed services, hours worked, and equipment conditions; * Participate in training programs and promote continuous team development; * Respond to emergency situations, ensuring rapid response and resumption of operations. **Requirements** **Completed Technical Education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields.** **Training in NR-10 (Electrical Installation Safety) and NR-35 (Work at Heights).** **Electrical field training** **Experience in industrial or building maintenance in a leadership role.** **Knowledge: Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, team management, maintenance planning, and basic cost control concepts.** **BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:** \- Strong communication skills; \- Courtesy; \- Proactivity / initiative; \- Professional demeanor and personal presentation; **Benefits** \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Dental plan \- Group life insurance \- Good Card (pharmacy) card \- Gympass \- Sesc/Senac and Firjan agreements \- Discounts on courses and universities.
