Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in hotel engineering The Lead Hotel Engineer is responsible for coordinating and supervising engineering projects in hotels, ensuring facility safety, functionality, and efficiency. Additionally, this role involves team management and developing innovative solutions to improve hotel infrastructure. * Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects within the hotel. * Conduct periodic inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities. * Develop action plans to resolve structural issues and ensure guest and staff safety. * Manage maintenance teams and service providers, ensuring work quality and efficiency. * Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency projects within the hotel. * Analyze and optimize resource usage—including water, energy, and construction materials—to reduce costs and environmental impact. * Participate in meetings with senior management and other hotel departments to align strategies and goals. * Stay updated on safety and civil construction regulations and standards, ensuring hotel facility compliance. * Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within hotel engineering. * Serve as the technical and engineering focal point, providing support and guidance to other hotel departments.
