Additionally, this role involves team management and developing innovative solutions to improve hotel infrastructure. * Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects within the hotel. * Conduct periodic inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities. * Develop action plans to resolve structural issues and ensure guest and staff safety. * Manage maintenance teams and service providers, ensuring work quality and efficiency. * Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency projects within the hotel. * Analyze and optimize resource usage—including water, energy, and construction materials—to reduce costs and environmental impact. * Participate in meetings with senior management and other hotel departments to align strategies and goals. * Stay updated on safety and civil construction regulations and standards, ensuring hotel facility compliance. * Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within hotel engineering. * Serve as the technical and engineering focal point, providing support and guidance to other hotel departments.
