Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting procedural documents; * Attending hearings, preparing reports, and short legal opinions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Knowledge:** Proficiency in the Windows environment and major Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Essential:** Experience in labor law. **Desirable:** Familiarity with legal software: AdvWin, eLaw, or Projuris. **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** Service Partner **Compensation Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (based on performance and criteria of the variable remuneration program), payment of the current year's OAB annual fee (if program requirements are met), and *referral* bonuses for client acquisition. **Office Location:** Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, subject to change in the future based on business needs.
