Opportunity to bring new ideas and achieve professional growth **What We Are Looking For?** A communications professional specialized in Information Security, capable of structuring and operationalizing a new governance agenda in collaboration with business units, translating technical topics into accessible language and driving engagement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the structuring and operationalization of the new Information Security Governance agenda. * Plan and execute internal awareness campaigns (Security Awareness) for Globo's internal audience. * Produce content, visual assets, and communications regarding information security policies, standards, and best practices. * Support stakeholder management and liaison with business units, HR, Communications, and IT departments. * Monitor engagement, compliance, and effectiveness indicators of initiatives. * Support the organization of forums, trainings, workshops, and departmental events. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in internal communication tools (intranet, newsletter, Workplace, Teams, Viva Engage, Slack, etc.). * Advanced Office suite, especially PowerPoint for executive storytelling and Excel for indicator tracking. * Basic knowledge of design and editing (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma) for visual asset production. * Familiarity with e-learning/LMS platforms for training campaigns. * Basic knowledge of Information Security/Privacy: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, LGPD, and Security Awareness practices (preferred). * Intermediate English for reading materials and benchmarking (desirable). * Completed undergraduate degree in Public Relations or Marketing (as specified in the email). * Preferred: postgraduate studies, MBA, or short courses in Corporate Communications, Organizational Culture, Risk Management, LGPD, or Information Security. * 4–6 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in Internal Communications, Endomarketing, Organizational Culture, or Governance projects. * Prior experience in Information Security, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Privacy (LGPD), or Audit areas—either as an embedded communicator or in awareness projects. * Experience leading campaigns, trainings, e-learnings, events, and awareness materials. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in media, telecom, or technology companies. * Previous involvement in security culture, privacy, or compliance projects. * Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, LGPD Practitioner, or similar. * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and demand management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ. **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
