Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing professional passionate about social media to create and execute digital content, with a focus on lead generation and brand strengthening for the real estate market. In Brazil, we were the first to offer the Rental Guarantee and Simplified Guarantor systems. We are a major real estate showcase, with a young and dynamic community of specialists prepared to prospect, rent, and manage properties in a way that exceeds our clients’ expectations. **Your Responsibilities:** - Creation of Instagram content (Reels, corporate videos, testimonials, etc.); - Planning and execution of videos focused on lead generation and brand strengthening; - Support in graphic design creation (Canva or similar); - Organization and monitoring of the publication schedule; - Analysis of campaign performance and proposals for continuous improvement; - Support in paid traffic management (Meta Ads). **Mandatory Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; - Minimum of 02 years of experience in this role; - Creative and strategic mindset for social media, with focus on value generation and conversion; - Agility, autonomy, and daily organization; - Proficiency in recording, editing, and scripting short-form videos (Reels, corporate videos, testimonials, etc.); - Passion for social media, trends, and digital consumer behavior. **Desirable:** - Prior experience in the real estate sector will be a differentiator; - Knowledge of paid traffic; - Video editing skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:30 Benefits * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Group Life Insurance * SESC Benefits * Day Off * Pluxee Flex (Meal/ Food Allowance) * Estácio Partnership * Health Insurance (optional enrollment) * Dental Insurance (optional enrollment) * Wellhub * ACIJA Partnership Work Location Estrada Rodrigues Caldas, Taquara, 631, Rio de Janeiro - Rio de Janeiro, 22713-372, Brazil Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree * Postgraduate Degree Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
