Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a SENIOR IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST are:** * Act as the primary support point for partners during the early stages of a learning center, ensuring clarity about the business model and next steps; * Support and guide initial student recruitment and commercial strategies; * Ensure partner engagement prior to operational launch; * Translate processes and guide partners in a practical, didactic manner; * Integrate information across internal departments (sales, marketing, academic, and implementation); * Monitor the development of learning centers, anticipate risks, and propose solutions; * Ensure partners are prepared for transition into the operational phase; * Guarantee organization, adherence to deadlines, and quality of initial deliverables. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Experience in unit implementation and/or expansion processes; * Knowledge of commercial strategies and student recruitment; * Scheduling management and performance indicator tracking; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional Information** Work Location: Marechal Floriano, 99\.
