This is an open position within the **Medical Practice Solutions** division, specifically for **Whitebook**, with a **hybrid** work model. As a **Tech Lead** at Afya, your primary objective will be to integrate technical leadership and people management. You will be responsible for guiding technical strategy, ensuring high-quality deliveries, and promoting your team’s professional growth—while balancing team priorities.
