We are looking for an organized, proactive, communicative individual eager to grow professionally and work as a **Restaurateur Trainee**, experiencing daily operations and preparing to take on leadership and management challenges across our units. This person will have the opportunity to closely observe restaurant operations, learn about customer service, dining room and kitchen operations, KPIs, team management, customer experience, and brand standards. Join us and become part of a team where every day is a delicious discovery ;) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage customer experience at our flagship restaurant in Rio de Janeiro’s market, leading a team of up to 100 people; * Train/develop successors and high-performance team leaders; * Ensure operational efficiency through management KPIs, such as: * Maintain a healthy work environment and foster a happy, productive team; * Monitor operational health indicators (FAT, TM, TC, Average Service Time, Sales Mix, Mystery Shopper, NPS for service); * Pursue operational efficiency; * Supervise operations, dish standards, and customer service; * Monitor quality indicators and customer service complaint resolutions; * Execute local marketing initiatives; * Attend weekly and monthly alignment meetings and performance result presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Nutrition, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Strong leadership competencies to manage diverse teams; * Empathetic individual with strong problem-solving ability; * Basic knowledge of COGS and Prime Cost; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Skilled mediator; * Strong logical reasoning; * Strong alignment with our company culture; * Passion for working with people; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: English proficiency and foodservice industry knowledge; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$8\.345,43\) \+ Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car \+ Meal Voucher / Food Allowance \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Insurance Plan \+ Amil Dental Plan \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ Birthday Day Off \+ Daycare Assistance (for women) \+ Sesc Partnership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Career Development Path!
