This student will play an important role in providing psychological support to youth-category athletes, contributing to their emotional, mental, and behavioral development, supporting their sports performance, well-being, and growth within training and competition environments.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Support psychological monitoring of youth-category athletes, focusing on topics such as motivation, emotional regulation, maturation, adaptation, performance, and anxiety.
* Participate in individual and group counseling sessions, assisting in the application of techniques and strategies for psychological development.
* Contribute to documentation, reports, and records related to psychological monitoring.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (coaches, physical trainers, nutritionists, coordinators, etc.) to support the holistic development of athletes.
* Attend matches and training sessions of the respective category, observing behaviors, needs, and developmental opportunities.
**EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS**
* Currently enrolled in a Psychology program, from the 5th semester onward.
* Interest in and knowledge of Sports Psychology.
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
