Ensure operational organization, especially during peak hours, avoiding loss of control. Monitor and ensure compliance with operational check\-lists. Perform inventory control and counting, tracking entries, exits, and waste. Control and organize mandatory unit documentation. Supervise operational spreadsheets. Address requests from the Nutritionist, Franchise, and Sanitary Surveillance, maintaining store compliance. Assist with payroll closing. Manage employee documentation and issue warnings when necessary. Perform cash register opening, closing, and fiscal reconciliation. Provide clear and constructive feedback to the team. Act with leadership, emotional balance, tact, and humanity. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operational Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operational Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
