All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers during vehicle pickup and return; * Guide customers during boarding and disembarking, helping them with their belongings, equipment, and luggage; * Instruct customers on the use of specific equipment and accessories included with rented vehicles; * Assist in transferring vehicles between branches, gas stations, and other service providers; * Support document verification and delivery during rental processes; * Assist in fleet vehicle inspections, identifying availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance procedures; * Assist in receiving new vehicles and completing all necessary steps to make them available for rental. * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad-hoc agreements; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience in leadership and people management; * Solid retail automotive industry experience preferred; * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a rotating 6-on/1-off schedule; **Additional Information** We offer all the traditional benefits you already know — and more.
