Job Summary:
Premier Flamengo, part of the Opalus Group, is seeking a professional to prepare and assemble meals for elderly residents, adhering to standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety.

**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and assemble meals for elderly residents at the facility, ensuring hygiene, quality, and food safety standards as defined by the nutritionist and applicable sanitary protocols;
* Prepare foods according to the menu developed by the nutritionist, accommodating specific diets (e.g., soft, pureed, hypoglycemic, etc.);
* Perform pre-preparation tasks (washing, cutting, weighing, and portioning of foods);
* Assemble and distribute meals, observing appropriate timing, temperature, and presentation;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, refrigerators, freezers, utensils, and other equipment;
* Follow personal hygiene standards, safe food handling practices, and proper use of PPE;
* Monitor food and supply expiration dates and ensure appropriate storage;
* Manage inventory and receipt of food supplies.
**Requirements:**
* Completed elementary education.
* Prior kitchen experience, preferably in ILPIs (Institutions for Long-Term Care of the Elderly), hospitals, daycare centers, or other collective institutions.
