




Job Summary: Experienced cook to prepare and distribute meals, adapting diets for elderly individuals while maintaining organization and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in kitchen operations, preferably in institutional settings 2. Knowledge of good food handling practices and special diets 3. Collaborative teamwork with a focus on organization and responsibility * Prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) according to menus designed by a nutritionist; * Adapt meals to meet the dietary restrictions and specific needs of elderly individuals (e.g., low-sodium, pureed, liquid diets); * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and distribution of food; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; * Strictly follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices; * Monitor proper usage and storage of food items; * Support inventory control and product expiration date tracking; * Collaborate with the institution's team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook, preferably in ILPIs (Institutions for Long-Term Care of the Elderly), hospitals, clinics, or similar institutions; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Basic understanding of special diets for elderly individuals; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
