Learn more about us by clicking here.**ABOUT THE POSITION:****Information Security Specialist** A professional to lead technical initiatives strategically focused on Information Security in complex, multi-technology environments handling sensitive data, Artificial Intelligence, and data-driven operations, working with global teams. On a day-to-day basis, you will be challenged to: * **Coordinate the execution of the Information Security strategy**, ensuring protection of data, systems, AI models, and digital assets aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, Zero Trust, and modern AI Governance practices. * **Serve as a technical reference and focal point** in integrating Security, Technology, and Business, ensuring initiatives are secure, ethical, auditable, and regulatory compliant. * **Implement and maintain security best practices** in corporate projects, aligned with international standards and internal requirements. * **Support privacy governance and personal data protection**, ensuring compliance with LGPD, ISO 27701, and other regulations—particularly in analytical and AI environments. * **Recommend and oversee security controls** in projects/initiatives processing sensitive and financial data—including segmentation, access management, monitoring, and vulnerability management. * **Promote the Zero Trust model**, applying principles such as continuous identity verification, least privilege, and network segmentation across data, cloud, API, and AI platforms. * **Collaborate with the AI Governance team**, defining security controls for models and algorithms to mitigate risks related to bias, misuse, and information leakage. * **Coordinate technical teams and vendors**, ensuring alignment and adoption of Security-by-Design. * **Support the evolution of secure data and AI architecture**, in cloud, on\-premises, or hybrid environments. * **Promote a security culture and responsible AI usage**, disseminating best practices across technology and business areas. * **Collaborate with global teams**, ensuring integration and alignment of security practices at an international scale. **Requirements and Qualifications****Required:*** Solid experience in Information Security, with exposure to complex corporate environments and integration across technology, data, and business teams. * Practical and conceptual knowledge of: + ISO/IEC 27001 – ISMS, risk management, and security controls + ISO/IEC 27701 – privacy governance and personal data protection + PCI DSS – security of environments processing payment data + Zero Trust Architecture – identity, access, segmentation, and monitoring + Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI – security risks and controls * Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business guidance. * Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, with focus on governance, risk mitigation, and value delivery. * Analytical, organized profile with systemic vision, strong sense of responsibility, and results orientation. * Fluent English, required for participation in projects and collaboration with global teams. **Areas of Responsibility*** **Governance and Compliance** – Lead and ensure project compliance with security, privacy, and AI frameworks. * **Risk Management** – Assess specific risks associated with initiatives involving technology, data, and AI. * **Secure and Sustainable Innovation** – Balance adoption of new technologies with robust security and governance practices.
