Operating in the city for over 20 years, we are one of Petrópolis’s leading restaurants. Our focus is on high-end buffet-by-weight services, recognized for exceptional quality and an extensive variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner noticed growing demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became customer favorites. Soon after, we opened a small buffet-by-weight restaurant. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving immediate success thanks to outstanding quality and service—winning over Petrópolis residents and, increasingly, tourists as well. Another unit opened in 2004, now located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’s most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s top gastronomic experiences, we expanded to Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering an all-you-can-eat snack buffet, Japanese cuisine, and a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated yet another unit—in Botafogo\-Humaitá—bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
