




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, kitchen organization, dish assembly, and compliance with food quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professionals with experience in schools Assist in assigned food pre\-preparation and preparation under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill the stages of the production process. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible nutritionist. 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2\. Organize the workstation with all required ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure final product presentation; 5\. Conduct product tasting and approval (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and label food samples; 8\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards and workplace safety standards during task execution, as outlined in the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role, especially in schools.
