**About the area:** The Fund Services area is primarily responsible for the administration and controller functions of investment funds domiciled both in Brazil and in other countries. These services include share calculation, accounting, share registration, compliance monitoring, pricing, and custody reconciliation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** **Share Calculation (liquid, structured, and offshore funds):** * Calculation of fund shares; * Monitoring of fund positions, prices, and share value changes; * Daily settlement and cash flow monitoring for funds; * Monitoring of fund investments; * Support to fund managers; * Optimization of internal controls and processes; **Accounting (liquid, structured, and offshore funds):** * Accounting for investment funds; * Preparation of monthly trial balances; * Provision of documentation to external auditors; * Coordination with auditors on timelines for receiving audit opinions and third-party information; * Support to auditors and fund managers in preparing financial statements; **Middle Office:** * Monitoring daily movement/settlement flows of investors in Onshore funds (CVM555 liquid funds, Investment Funds in Equity Participations \- FIP, Real Estate Investment Funds \- FII, Credit Receivables Investment Funds \- FIDC) and Offshore funds; * Maintaining client position records across Onshore and Offshore investment funds; * Execution of investment fund events (spin-offs, mergers, master-feeder structuring, management changes, and transfers of subscriptions/redemptions); * Execution of liability-related events (distributor portability, assignment, donation, succession; asset-based subscriptions and redemptions); * Management and payment processing of distributor contracts; * Preparation of reports for internal and external clients; * Relationship management with counterparties \- administrators, external managers, distributors, and clients; * Support to BTG’s commercial areas and internal fund managers; * Ability to interact with multiple bank departments; * Regulatory oversight of closed-end fund offerings; * Investor Relations (IR) and share registration for investment funds listed on B3; * Registration of equity and fixed-income assets; **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; * Basic knowledge of financial markets / experience in financial institutions; * Advanced English; * Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical ability; * Programming skills (desirable); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Good interpersonal skills; * Ability to concentrate and manage multiple concurrent demands; CLT Benefits * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Childcare/Nanny Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Gympass; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Voluntary plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Discount; * Nutrition Program; * Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Certified Citizen Company
