Use tools such as AutoCAD, Dialux, and Comos for design projects An industrial engineering and project company serving the oil and gas sector seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Rio de Janeiro (Centro). Grupo Monto is an engineering and construction company specializing in engineering solutions. Focused on innovation and sustainability, it delivers high-quality services across multiple sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform detailed electrical discipline design projects, including 34.5 kV substations, lighting, grounding systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), power and control distribution in classified areas, and electrical automation per IEC 61850\. Prepare and review single-line diagrams for medium and low voltage, functional and logic protection diagrams. Size cables; specify electrical equipment such as low- and medium-voltage motors, MV/LV switchgear, auxiliary services, DC and AC systems. Use tools such as AutoCAD, Dialux, and Comos Electrical Module for project development. Conduct SPDA risk management studies and prepare technical opinions on electrical equipment and systems. Previous experience as a Full Electrical Engineer, Energy Engineer, Electrical Systems Engineer, or Automation Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
