Job Responsibilities and Duties: * Receive evaluation requests from the insurance provider and forward them to the evaluating nurse, ensuring completion within the shortest possible timeframe; * Monitor response times for evaluations conducted in hospital or home settings; * Conduct case discussions to determine the appropriate PAD for each case; * Ensure budget submissions to insurance providers (OPS) within contractual rules, within 24 hours; * Follow up on submitted budgets; * Analyze rejected budgets; * Guarantee information registration in the IW system; * Contact dehospitalization departments; * Maintain positive relationships with insurance providers (OPS); * Send preliminary implantation schedules and conduct follow-ups; * Arrange dispatch of all necessary resources available for safe patient implantation; * Transcribe PM and PE records for hospital discharge; * Ensure timely patient implantation at home according to company-established deadlines; * Monitor implanted patients for 48 hours; * Conduct handover of implanted patients to the case team;" Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Completed Nursing degree with active Coren registration; * Postgraduate studies in auditing or management desirable; * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in home care, transition clinics, or ILPIs; * Operational knowledge of IW system desirable.
