In this role, you will influence projects from their earliest stages, serving as a strategic technical consultant for customers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. As a Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing business opportunities through the specification of Hilti solutions, supporting technical decisions, and directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the region. We seek professionals with strong relationship-building capabilities, a consulting mindset, and a passion for developing solutions that deliver both technical and economic value to customers’ projects. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------------------------ You will be responsible for: * Developing strategic relationships with customers, designers, engineering consultancies, contractors, and other market influencers. * Securing technical specifications by identifying opportunities to incorporate Hilti solutions from the early stages of projects. * Collaborating with the commercial team to define growth strategies and maximize business opportunities. * Acting as a technical-commercial consultant, connecting engineering challenges to Hilti solutions. * Developing technical solutions for infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. * Participating in technical meetings with customers and project teams to propose more efficient and economically competitive alternatives. * Influencing customers’ decision-making by demonstrating the added value of Hilti solutions. * Delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and lectures for customers, designers, specifiers, and strategic partners. * Conducting frequent visits to engineering offices, construction sites, and customers across your assigned region. * Serving as the liaison between technical and commercial departments, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Hilti’s offerings. * Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities to expand Hilti’s presence in major projects and strategic accounts. **What We Expect From You (Requirements)** ---------------------------------------- What We Expect From You (Requirements): * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in technical specification, engineering projects, or technical business development. * Experience managing external customer relationships and providing consulting services. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and identify opportunities for applying engineering solutions. * Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills. * Willingness to travel frequently. Valid driver’s license. * Intermediate or advanced English is considered a plus.
