**Requirements:**

* Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (in fields such as Administration, Health, or related areas);
* Prior experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare is a plus;
* Computer skills: Basic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), WhatsApp.
**Responsibilities:**
---------------
* Efficiently schedule medical examinations, ensuring availability on physicians’ calendars.
* Greet patients courteously, clarifying questions regarding procedures and appointment times.
* Monitor check-up workflows, ensuring patients complete all examination steps without delays or complications.
* Maintain active communication with requesting physicians, secretaries, and performing physicians to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Monitor physicians’ schedules to prevent systemic errors, time conflicts, and optimize professionals’ availability.
* Address unexpected issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory experience for all stakeholders.
* Provide humanized patient care, offering support during scheduling and delivering a welcoming experience.
* Uphold internal protocols and standards of excellence in service delivery.
