This person will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, providing technical guidance to the team, and supporting improvements and evolutions of existing workflows. **Responsibilities** * Serve as a technical reference and focal point for support and evolution of systems under the area’s responsibility. * Ensure stability, performance, and continuity of critical workflows. * Conduct technical analysis of incidents and requests, proposing structured solutions. * Monitor and guide the team on architectural decisions, integrations, and best practices. * Support ongoing development and improvement of our digital channels and satellite systems. * Participate in the technical definition and governance of the new institutional CMS. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and promote standardization. * Collaborate with business areas and technology vendors, ensuring alignment and delivery quality. * Anticipate technical risks and drive preventive actions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology-related fields. * Solid experience in development or support of corporate systems. * Knowledge of integrations (APIs, services, messaging/queues, asynchronous processes). * Experience with content management tools (SharePoint and/or CMSs). * Understanding of workflows and process orchestration. * Hands-on experience with SQL databases (queries, maintenance, performance analysis). * Ability to interpret third-party solutions and perform technical integrations. **Desirable** * Experience in CMS implementation or migration. * Experience in digital content governance. * Prior involvement in document validation processes or billing workflows. **We Offer:** * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance: Monthly benefits for food-related expenses, both at home and outside. * Private Pension Plan: Future planning with supplementary retirement contributions. * Health Insurance: High-quality medical coverage for you and your legal dependents. * Dental Insurance: Comprehensive dental care with an extensive provider network. * Life Insurance: Protection and security for you and your loved ones. * English/Spanish Classes: Language learning incentive. * Wellhub: Benefits and discounts at gyms and wellness programs. * Childcare Assistance: Financial support for early childhood education expenses. * Neoris Global Campus: A development platform offering continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
