We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse—in representation and thought—learning from each other and stimulating creativity and innovation. **Work Model:** Hybrid work at Globo offices (RJ, POA, SP, BH, RECIFE or BRASÍLIA) **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team where your expertise in analysis and artificial intelligence models will help extract insights from all our data sources; * Proposing effective and creative solutions—both technically and from a business perspective—to various challenges within the area and the company; * Interacting with multiple strategic areas across the organization to understand and participate in decision-making processes; * Working on the development of innovative solutions and products involving large volumes of data and machine learning to serve our customers and advertisers; * Positively impacting the lives of thousands of people who consume Globo content daily. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields; * Experience with traditional data science techniques (classification, regression, clustering, A/B testing); * Experience applying ML algorithms in retail domains (banking, telecom, e-commerce, etc.); * At least 3 years of experience with Python and data analysis/modeling libraries (Scikit\-Learn, Pandas, Numpy); * Relational databases (SQL is mandatory); * Cloud Computing knowledge (GCP; AWS) and Version Control tools (Git); * At least 3 years of experience handling large-scale datasets; * Proficiency with dashboard and business presentation tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * More than 3 years of experience in data science, with statistical analyses and models focused on customer segmentation or propensity; * Strong analytical skills to translate numbers and model outputs for business areas; * Experience with anti-fraud models; * Master’s or PhD candidate or holder in Statistics or Computer Science; * Intermediate English (writing, reading, and speaking). **Additional Information** **Why Join Globo:** Come and let’s build stories and technologies together.
