If you possess Excel expertise, knowledge of CRI operations, and a systemic perspective to ensure timely fulfillment of deadlines and conditions, this opportunity is for you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Strong interpersonal and clear, concise written communication skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational capacity to manage multiple obligations and deadlines; * Excel expertise, knowledge of CRI operations, and a systemic perspective ensuring timely fulfillment of deadlines and conditions; * Prior experience in real estate development or civil construction is a plus; * Practical experience and knowledge in **resource acquisition operations**, particularly **CRI (Real Estate Receivables Certificates)**, is a strong advantage. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in meetings and all resource acquisition/structuring processes; review documentation; and collaborate with the controller and finance teams on routine resource acquisition activities. * Accurately manage and control all obligations arising from resource acquisition operations—with particular focus on Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI). * Map, record, and monitor obligations and deliverables across all company departments related to contracts and financial instruments—ensuring strict compliance with both internal and third-party contractual and regulatory obligations. * Serve as the focal point for submitting information and documentation to securitization companies, trustee agents, and other financial partners—ensuring clear and efficient communication. * Prepare monitoring reports and update Excel-based controls; * Maintain organized, centralized financial and contractual information—ensuring data and document integrity for financial and contractual records. * Interface with securitization companies and trustee agents, submitting documents and information within stipulated deadlines. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Location: **FGR Incorporações Headquarters | Avenida Primeira Avenida s/n – Cidade Empresarial Condominium, Aparecida de Goiânia – GO (on-site)** Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **BENEFITS:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Breakfast and Afternoon Snack. **This position is open to persons with disabilities (PcDs).**
