Responsibilities: * Data entry of financial documents, including invoices and receipts; * Accounting classification; * Asset ledger recording; * Bank reconciliation; * Accounting for Tax Ledgers: ISS, ICMS, and IPI; * Analysis of Tax Ledger entries: ISS, ICMS, and IPI; * Asset analysis; * Analysis of data integration between Tax and Payroll modules; * Accounting for Import and Export expense reports; * Accounting for Foreign Exchange Contracts; * Calculation of taxes on imported services; * Payroll accounting analysis; * Preparation of asset account reconciliations / assembly; * Completion of Perdcomp; * Completion of DCTF; * Intern training; * Assistance to Accounting Assistants and Associates; * Operational support during internal and external audits. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration; * Relevant work experience; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
