To succeed in this role, we expect intermediate-level Excel knowledge, experience in customer service, and affinity with the events industry — after all, our greatest differentiator is our people! **Responsibilities and duties** * **Customer service** for graduating students and graduation committees * **Operational support** for relationship consultants * **Scheduling and organizing** meetings and calendars * Sending customized **product briefings** * Preparing minutes and supporting internal formalizations * **Tracking** interdepartmental requests * Distributing announcements, campaigns, and NPS surveys * Updating spreadsheets, internal controls, and the **CRM** * Supporting post-sales operational demands **Requirements and qualifications** * Communication skills * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM.** **Additional information** Meal Voucher — Love preparing your own meals?
