Job Summary:
Trailer Driver and Munck Operator responsible for maintaining vehicle and cargo functionality while adhering to safety and communication procedures.
Key Highlights:

**Driver's License: Category E.**
Minimum experience required: 6 months to 1 year (as a Munck Operator) and 1 to 2 years (as a trailer driver). Experience must be documented in the employment record book. If the Munck Operator training certificate is outdated, the company will update it.

**Main Responsibilities:**
**1\-** Ensure proper functioning of vehicles, equipment, and tools under your responsibility;
**2\-** Notify the Fleet Supervisor and/or Fleet Coordinator if maintenance is required, and request issuance of a Service Order (SO);
**3\-** Use the tracking device according to training;
**4\-** Meet the established fuel consumption average; report any maintenance-related issues to the Fleet Supervisor and/or Fleet Coordinator;
**5\-** Comply with speed limits set by traffic authorities, company premises, and clients;
**6\-** Stop at all toll and inspection stations along your route, whether loaded or empty;
**7\-** Ensure vehicle documentation is valid and up-to-date;
**8\-** Maintain your personal documentation up-to-date and inform the HR Department of any changes or updates;
**9\-** Manage cargo documentation (e.g., Invoice, CTE, and others) from loading through delivery;
**10\-** Be responsible for the safety equipment kit provided with the vehicle;
**11\-** Supervise and ensure cargo loading/unloading security;
**12\-** Pay attention to cargo distribution within the vehicle to avoid issues during transit and unloading;
**13\-** Maintain personal appearance per company standards;
**14\-** Ensure proper cargo stowage and security so that it arrives at its destination in perfect condition;
**15\-** Prevent cargo from getting wet;
**16\-** Maintain internal and external cleanliness of vehicles and equipment;
**17\-** Complete the vehicle checklist;
**18\-** Notify the Fleet Supervisor and/or Fleet Coordinator and complete an incident report form if anomalies occur during transit or at client sites;
**19\-** Never argue with clients;
**20\-** Treat all client-provided documentation and information as confidential;
**21\-** Verify collected cargo for damage and confirm quantities, weight, and characteristics against the Invoice;
**22\-** Confirm Invoice data matches the scheduled pickup plan;
**23\-** Verify and ensure delivery proof documentation (e.g., Invoice stub, CTE, waste manifest, etc.) is signed, stamped, and dated by the receiver;
**24\-** Submit all trip-related documentation to the Logistics Department upon completion of each trip;
**25\-** Provide the external fuel purchase invoice;
**26\-** Replace the vehicle tachograph disc as instructed in training;
**27\-** Periodically calibrate tires.
**28\-** Maintain trailers free of debris that could interfere with loading.
**29\-** Perform coupling and uncoupling of trailers when required.
