Job Summary: Experienced tractor-trailer driver to operate vehicles on urban and metropolitan routes, ensuring safety, cargo integrity, and good interpersonal relations. Key Highlights: 1. Drive tractor-trailers on urban and metropolitan routes 2. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle condition 3. Ensure cargo integrity and complete trip reports \- Drive tractor-trailers on urban and metropolitan routes for cargo pickup and delivery. \- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tire checklist, oil, brakes, mandatory equipment, and general conditions). \- Maintain vehicle condition and report any need for preventive or corrective maintenance. \- Strictly comply with traffic regulations, current legislation, and internal safety procedures. \- Ensure proper cargo loading, integrity, and verification. \- Complete trip reports, checklists, and other operational documentation as required. \- Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships with customers, operational teams, and other involved departments. \- Desired Education and Experience: \- Valid Class E driver's license (CNH). \- Proven experience as a tractor-trailer driver (preferably on urban routes) for at least 2 years. \- Knowledge of traffic legislation, cargo handling, and securing techniques. \- MOPP certification (Operational Movement of Dangerous Goods) is considered a plus.
