We are looking for a Junior Budget Sales Representative to handle customer service and budget preparation using the Fórmula Certa system. This role is critical to ensuring clarity, agility, and quality in customer interactions, directly contributing to customer retention and commercial results. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct customer service via telephone, e\-mail, internal system, and other channels. * Prepare, adjust, and enter budgets. * Communicate pricing to customers clearly and promptly. * Monitor pending items and follow-ups, ensuring all requests are addressed on the same day. * Apply argumentation and negotiation techniques under supervision. * Accurately record prescription information and maintain high-quality documentation. * Support administrative routines and collaborate toward achieving departmental goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a consultative attitude. * Prior experience in customer service or sales. * Basic computer literacy; experience with Fórmula Certa is a plus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **11:00 AM to 8:00 PM** Alternate Saturdays (after the first three months): **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** **We Offer:** * Training and close mentoring from leadership. * A structured, welcoming, and excellence-oriented work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Performance bonuses. * Meal Voucher / Food Voucher. * Dental Plan. * Gympass.
