Job Summary: A driver's assistant is responsible for supporting the driver in transportation-related tasks, including loading and unloading, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety regulations A driver's assistant is a professional who supports the driver in transportation, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner. Main Responsibilities * Assist in loading and unloading goods, verifying quantities and condition of products. * Organize products in the vehicle securely and appropriately for transport. * Accompany the driver on delivery and pickup routes. * Assist in locating addresses and interacting with customers during deliveries. * Verify invoices, orders, and delivery confirmations. * Collect signatures, delivery receipts, and other required documents. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and organization. * Support inventory control of transported materials and equipment. * Report any incidents occurring during transit or deliveries to the driver and company. * Follow safety, traffic, and internal company procedures. Responsibilities * Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent loss or damage. * Adhere to scheduled hours and established routes. * Maintain positive, courteous customer interactions. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Desirable Qualifications * Completed elementary or high school education. * Good physical stamina. * Organized, responsible, and punctual. * Prior experience in loading, unloading, and deliveries is considered an advantage.
