Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring deliveries, analyzing and resolving issues to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as managing driver calls and importing loads. Key Highlights: 1. Utilize tools such as SAP, CITRIX, ROADNET, and Green Mile Your mission will be in the Freight area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Monitor deliveries and analyze, assess, and resolve issues with the goal of minimizing returns and maximizing customer satisfaction; * Centralize driver calls regarding delivery issues, contact area management, and relay the incident resolution to the team; * Import loads and shipments into the GREEN MILE system using SAP, CITRIX, ROADNET, CONECTOR, and LIVE tools; * Geolocate customers as needed using Green Mile tools during alert handling. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** Completed high school education; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in urban transportation, logistics, and warehousing is desirable. **Additional Information** At **Coca\-Cola Andina Brasil**, nothing is more important than our employees; therefore, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
