We are looking for an **Estimator** to directly handle revenue estimate preparation and customer service, ensuring agility, accuracy of information, and excellence in service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare estimates in the system according to requests received via phone, e\-mail, or internal system. * Send pricing information clearly, organized, and within the established deadline. * Ensure same-day response to customer requests. * Record and track pending items, keeping the service flow updated. * Accurately enter and verify prescription data in the system. * Comply with internal protocols and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in customer service, estimating, or related fields. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of the Fórmula Certa system is a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **11:00 AM to 8:00 PM**. * Alternate Saturdays (after three months): **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **We Offer:** * Collaborative, structured, and quality-oriented work environment. * Training and support during the onboarding period. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Performance-based bonuses. * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance. * Dental Plan. * Gympass.
